The Faculty of Computers and Information, Assiut University was established in September 2001 according to the Presidential Decree No. 292 of 2001 to prepares the graduates equipped with specialized scientific they will be qualified with the theoretical basics and application methods so they can join the universal competition world of computer science and information technology. This will be achieved through the provision of excellent seminars in the various branches of computer science, information system and information technology. The faculty awards the bachelor of Computers and Information degree in one of the following programs:   -- Computer Science    -- Information System    -- Information Technology Studying period for the B.Sc. Degree is four academic years divided into eight semesters, as well as summer training. The study is general for all students in the first three academic years, and is majoring in one of the faculty programs in the
